At Ecco Ripley, it’s about plenty of green spaces and leisure areas, fostering a strong community spirit and celebrating the outdoorsy way of life for which Queensland is renowned. In fact, over 20% which is 40 hectares of the entire development is dedicated to parklands and green open space.
Walking tracks and cycle paths connect residents to an extensive network of neighbourhood parks that feature throughout the development. With basketball courts, playgrounds, BBQ facilities, outdoor gym and an off leash dog park, there’s something for everyone - even the pampered family pooch.
Ecco Ripley's Brooking Parklands was named after the Brooking Family and was the first of many community parklands and green open spaces that allowed local residents and neighbouring communities to socialise, interact and enjoy the beautiful outdoor environment.
Ecco Ripley's Spear Lily Park boasts a panoramic view of the Ripley region with breathtaking views of Flinders Peak and the surrounding ranges. Along with a beautiful rotunda and an abundance of green open space, Spear Lily Park incorporates several cultural heritage elements, including a series of sandstone carvings, as well as Indigenous way-finding totem poles and a bush tucker trail.
The tick of approval from the Heart Foundation highlighting both Pebbles park and Faye Carr Park benefits to the Ecco Ripley community cohesion and social wellbeing.
A seamless blend of inner-city life surrounded by the refreshing qualities of nature. Ecco Ripley has everything you need to live a modern, connected life.
