ECCO RIPLEY CONTINUES TO GROW WITH LATEST LAND AND TERRACE RELEASE

Sekisui House Australia’s Ecco Ripley development has continued to maintainunprecedented sales growth, prompting the release of its seventh and final land release in the burgeoning Lighthaven neighbourhood, earmarked for detached homes, and ready-built terraces and duplexes.

A selection of house and land packages are currently available as part of the latest land release, with several lots featuring panoramic views of the Flinders Rangers, priced from just $380,362.

Having sold more than 80 per cent of the sixth land release which was launched in October last year, Sekisui House Queensland State Sales Manager Scott Blaney said the team was overwhelmed by the number of enquiries received thanks to the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder grant scheme.

“Based on the success of the sixth land release, as well as Ecco Ripley’s unrivalled connectivity and strong sense of community, we are anticipating our seventh land release will also generate significant interest from potential buyers, particularly as the HomeBuilder stimulus comes to an end on 31 March,” Mr Blaney said.

Ecco Ripley is closely connected to nearby Ripley Town Centre, amenities, and more than 10 hectares of parklands and green open space, with Lighthaven ideally positioned at the heart of the community.

Located approximately 42 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and 10 kilometres from the Ipswich CBD, Ecco Ripley is surrounded by a range of facilities, schools, infrastructure and commerce, with easy access to both the Cunningham and Centenary Highways.

“Importantly, buyers can choose from a selection of affordable and cleverly designed Sekisui House Australia homes to suit their lifestyle and budget, with a range of single and double-storey options that maximise living space,” Mr Blaney said.

Eleven terrace homes located opposite award-winning Faye Carr Park are also currently under construction, including a mix of two, three and four bedroom options.

Unlike traditional townhouses, the terraces are individually titled and incur no body corporate fees. They feature a number of turn-key inclusions, such as TRUECORE® steel framing, COLORBOND® roofing, landscaping, window coverings and stone benchtops.

Mr Blaney said Ecco Ripley presents an ideal opportunity to invest in a thriving, fast-growing community.

“With more than 1,000 residents who already call Ecco Ripley home, we have established an engaged community by promoting human connections and health and wellbeing, enabling families to embrace a truly wholesome lifestyle,” he said.
