New Sekisui House Collection on the Horizon

POSTED May 12, 2019

Sekisui House has recently released its Horizon Collection in Ecco Ripley’s Lighthaven neighbourhood, making home ownership a reality for buyers with a value-for-money price point starting from only $288,800.

The Horizon Collection, coupled with the next stage release of Park Circuit Terraces, provides an alternative for buyers looking to get a foot in the door in Australia’s property market.

Designed and built by Sekisui House, the Horizon Collection is a range of low maintenance, individually titled two-bedroom, single storey homes. Featuring turn-key inclusions such as landscaping, driveway and window coverings, the space efficient designs also feature an open-plan living area and kitchen, and single lock-up garage with direct access to the home.

The first release of the Horizon Collection features 8 homes, all in close proximity to Ripley’s $5 million Faye Carr Park precinct, including some park-front properties.

Also designed and built by Sekisui House, the freehold Park Circuit Terraces, priced from $299,000, are available in three-bedroom, two-bathroom and two-bedroom, one-bathroom options, spread over two storeys with some ready-to-move-in homes now available.

Sekisui House Queensland State Sales Manager Scott Blaney said the low-maintenance homes provide an excellent opportunity for first home buyers to enter the property market in one of Ripley’s most sought-after communities.

“Lenders are making it more and more difficult to borrow, and our new Horizon Collection and Park Circuit Terrace homes are really opening the door to those who perhaps thought they weren’t in a position to buy,” he said.

“Buyers have the chance to take advantage of an unrivalled entry price, without sacrificing quality or workmanship — making home ownership a reality for those who thought it might not be possible.

“The Park Circuit Terraces are also an ideal alterative for first home buyers as well as an option for downsizers, with 17 unique design configurations available to suit individuals, couples and small families at all stages of life. A number of terraces are now complete and ready to move in now so you can start living in a new home sooner.

“With mortgage repayments from as low as $320 per week on homes from the Horizon Collection and no body corporate fees on both the Horizon Collection and Park Circuit Terraces, why rent when you can buy?” he said.

The new homes are positioned to take advantage of Ecco Ripley’s unrivalled connectivity to parkland and Ripley Town Centre and meet the diverse needs of buyers in the Ecco Ripley community.

Mr Blaney said the new product release is in line with Sekisui House’s holistic approach to urban development.

“We continue to focus on delivering four core values for sustainable urban development — residential value, economic value, social value and environmental value. The Horizon Collection and Park Circuit Terraces are truly bringing these values to life.”

Setting the standard for the region, Sekisui House has worked with well-known suppliers such as Truecore, Colorbond, Silestone, Formica and Caroma to create a stylish and quality finish.

The Horizon Collection and Park Circuit Terrace offering form part of Sekisui House’s $500 million master planned community and investment in Queensland’s booming western growth corridor.

Ecco Ripley also has registered land on which to build with a builder of your choice, and ready-to-move-in four-bedroom homes now selling.
