Developer Sekisui House has blended thoughtful design with cost-saving energy-efficiency to create the Foxtail Place boutique townhouse precinct at its $500 million Ecco Ripley masterplanned community.
Located within walking distance to the $1.5 billion Ripley Town Centre, Foxtail Place is a collection of 12 two-level contemporary residences that are designed and built by Sekisui House.
Foxtail Place offers the choice of two or three-bedroom designs in all-inclusive turn-key packages priced from $294,000. The residences are positioned in a private cul-de-sac of the masterplanned community.
The precinct is under construction within the community’s Brooking Rise neighbourhood and is scheduled for completion by June this year.
Ecco Ripley Queensland state sales manager Scott Blaney said the Foxtail Place residences reflected innovative and intelligent design and would appeal to a wide range of purchasers.
“We anticipate the Foxtail Place townhouses to resonate with the needs and aspirations of first-home buyers, investors, those buying their next home and people wanting to downsize,” Mr Blaney said.
“The modern designs harness both natural light and airflow to make these residences energy-efficient and therefore cost-effective for residents.
“Each townhouse boasts open-plan living spaces on the ground and upper level. Depending on your choice of design, the dining and living areas have direct access to the outside porch or you can enjoy the privacy of your own spacious balcony on the first level.
“The thoughtful planning also has factored in ample storage areas to ensure living space is maximized to suit the modern-day entertainer.”
Sekisui House is committed to delivering ready-to-move-in, livable homes with a focus on style, quality and value for money.
“Each residence will feature a comprehensive package of designer built-in appliances as a standard inclusion, making the move to Ecco Ripley easier than ever,” Mr Blaney said.
The townhouses feature a walk-in pantry, under-stair storage, a courtyard, a walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom and a single lock-up garage.
Each residence carries a minimum 6-star energy rating, and will be fibre optic ready and connected to natural gas.
The two-bedroom designs have 119sqm of floor space, while the three-bedroom configurations measure 137sqm and feature two bathrooms.
“Ecco Ripley, through its emerging neighbourhoods, is designed to create an inclusive community-focused environment with the aim of an 80-20 split of owner occupiers,” Mr Blaney said.
“With easy access to the Centenary Highway and Cunningham Highway, a home at Ecco Ripley serves as the perfect address for a relaxed, suburban lifestyle that is within close proximity to urban amenities.”
Foxtail Place’s residents will live just 400m from parklands and green open space while the soon-to-open first stage of the Ripley Town Centre, featuring a full-line Coles supermarket, medical centre and 20 specialty stores, will be a short stroll away.
The town centre will feature Ripley Town Park, which will include a water play park, a natural amphitheatre for up to 1500 people, an events space and indoor-outdoor community hub.
The parklands will also be home to a natural billabong reserve, which will not only provide an attractive water feature, but will also assist in water management for the greater Ecco Ripley community.
Located 40 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, Ecco Ripley will ultimately become home to 10,000 people in 4300 dwellings and will be the urban heart of the Ripley Valley, where the wider population is forecast to eventually reach 120,000 residents.
Ecco Ripley is a 5-Star Green Star community where 20 per cent of the site will be dedicated to parkland, including a new 10ha park and recreation precinct under construction that is destined to become one of five city-wide park destinations.
More than 250,000 ground cover species and native trees have already been planted within the community.
On completion, the masterplanned community, and the soon-to-be bustling Ripley Town Centre, will offer everything needed to service the fast pace of modern living in the Ripley Valley region.
Release of the exclusive boutique offering of Foxtail Place at Ecco Ripley comes just after the Queensland Government extended the availability of the First Home Owners’ Grant until June 30, 2018.
