Ecco Ripley releases latest offering following a stellar sales run

ECCO Ripley has released its latest offering within the Lighthaven neighbourhood following a stellar sales run for the $500 million masterplanned community.

The second release, with residential lots priced from $173,000, comes on the heels of the near sellout of the first release where sales have soared past 90 per cent.

The latest offering gives first home buyers another opportunity to gain a foothold on the property ladder before the extended $20,000 First Home Owners Grant comes to an end on December 31, 2017.
