The State Government has approved the Plan of Development (POD) for the first stage of Ecco Ripley Central. The POD gives approval for the major activity centre of Ripley Valley to provide a regional shopping centre, offices, transit centre, health and education services, cafes and restaurants, and community facilities including the town parklands.
