FIRST home buyers are taking full advantage of the $20,000 first home owners’ grant at global property developer Sekisui House’s Ecco Ripley community ahead of the expiry of the boosted offer at the end of June.
Ecco Ripley Family Footy Festival was met with an overwhelming show of support from 1200 local residents from Ipswich, Logan and greater Brisbane. The event also attracted national media coverage on FOX sports igniting calls for a second Brisbane NRL team in Ipswich.
SHAJU Verghese and his family moved to Brisbane from New Zealand last year for the sunshine, but it was the green space and a sense of community that led them to finally settle at Ecco Ripley.
Sekisui House has experienced a stellar sales run at the $500 million Ecco Ripley community with first-home buyers helping to drive over $9 million in sales over in January and February.
