Join the celebrations at Ecco Ripley with an event that promises to go bigger and better for the launch of Lighthaven, the newest neighbourhood in the $500 million masterplanned community developed by Sekisui House.
This highly anticipated new land release will be launched with a day of fun for the whole family – expect entertainment, gourmet food trucks, market stalls, competitions and a fireworks display!

Be sure to treat yourself when browsing the market stalls and tasting your way around the gourmet food truck line up.
People attending will also be welcome to take a personal guided tour of Ecco Ripley, the display homes and Lighthaven to experience firsthand the close proximity to the Ripley Town Centre and the 10 HA of surrounding open space and future parklands.
“This is a great opportunity to claim your block of land in Lighthaven, the very first release of land with an initial deposit of only $1000,” said Scott Blaney.
The first release of Lighthaven includes 38 lots priced from $172,000, with land sizes ranging from 300sqm to 450sqm and located no more than 200m from extensive open space and parklands.
